『175°は有田焼を使用しています』

「有田焼のどんぶり」は175°のこだわりの一つで
創業当初から変わらず使用しています。

・有田焼　特有の高級感
・保温性に優れている。
・硬質で耐久性に優れている
　1300度という高温の窯で焼き締めることにより磁器の成分がガラス化するため
　陶器よりもはるかに硬く丈夫になり、弾くと金属に近い澄み切った硬い音が出る。
・陶器よりもきめが細かいため、手触りが滑らか。
・デザイン性を重視したラッパ型

それはそれは高級品です。

職人さんが一つ一つ手作業で丁寧に焼き上げる有田焼の１７５°特注どんぶり

〔工程〕
①土を「型」に入れて成形
　175°の丼の型は一つ30キロ！
②乾燥させる(水分を0にする)
　面取り、スポンジなどで表面をならす
③900℃で24時間焼く。
　24時間！
④焼き上がった丼のごみなどを取る
⑤丼に釉薬をかけて1300℃で11時間焼く
　 1300度！うちの約8倍！ここの焼きで10%「型」が縮みます。
⑥焼き上がった丼に175のロゴを貼り付けて
　再度800℃で8時間焼いたら完成！
